Assisted living, independent living and Memory Care placement:
We will assess your loved one to check the appropriateness of placement into either assisted living, independent living or Memory care.
We will assist with cost estimation for stay at assisted living facility, independent living facility or Memory care facility. We will help you arrange for personalized or virtual tours to look at few of these facilities that are appropriate for your care or that of your loved one. Assessments of residents can be done at their home or in our office. We will help you get 1823 forms filled for placement. All the above services are free to you. In addition, we can offer services to help you get paperwork filled for getting VA reimbursement. These services will be at a minimum cost.

  • We recommend taking it one-step-at-a-time, and we hold your hand every step of the way.
  • You, along with your advisor will decide on 3 – 4 communities. Your advisor will schedule tours, and take you on them to help you make the best possible choice.
  • Once you and your family make a decision, we can assist you with your paperwork to facilitate your move. Moves can be made as fast as a few hours when needed
